My loved one had requested that a caregiver have a gentle touch due to the frailness of the skin and the folks at Caring Angels sent a caregiver who my loved one liked very much. We were so thankful they listened to the needs our loved one needed.

Overall a good experience Rachel is amazing Most care workers were great. We did experience one which wasn't a good fit and Rachel provided us with a good replacement Thank you

Have been so impressed by Caring Angels and the personalized service they provide. We needed help quickly and Rachel responded quickly. She was thorough in her assessment and got us the help we needed. The staff have been absolutely wonderful - very caring and we have been extremely pleased with the level of care.

I have nothing but compliments for Caring Angels. The members of the staff are always really nice and they do what they say they’ll do. We love Elizabeth our caregiver and I’m relieved when she arrives to help. Working with Caring Angels has been a positive experience for my husband and me.

All of your staff were a tremendous help with our brother, who suffered a traumatic brain injury, during his recovery at home. They were prompt, pleasant, helpful and very professional. They assisted with overnight hours and were able to do some housekeeping, laundry and getting him to the restroom many times overnight. They were able to get him before they left in the morning to help him shower, shave and get dressed for the day. As an MS sufferer, my wife has very specific skills that a caregiver would need to use. Our initial meeting with Rachel was used for her my wife and I to discuss and fully understand these needs. She then sent two persons for interviews and I went over what they would be required to do. Both candidates indicated that they were experienced with what would be required with no reluctance on their part.
